Assessing Alternatives Counseling works with kids and parents. We use play and talk therapy to help kids manage big emotions and behaviors like anxiety, sadness, fears, tantrums, aggression, school and social issues and feelings related to divorce.

Being an adolescent/teen is hard! They are struggling with challenges at school, at home, online, and with friends. Having a safe space to be able to share their concerns or work on how to better communicate with adults/parents in their lives or learn how to handle their anxiety, anger, depression, and loneliness.
